Alberta Medical Esthetician Certification For High School Graduates Announced

Oct 1, 2023

The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (1-844-3770-6975) has launched a new fast training program, open to anyone with at least a high school education, which provides complete certification for popular MedSpa procedures, without requiring more than one week of in-person training.

Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy's Basic training program is open to students with at least a high school diploma or some form of relevant work experience. It provides all the training required to begin working as an aesthetician, either at home or in a local clinic.

More information about the Dermysk Academy, fast training options for MedSpa careers, and a full list of available courses can be found at https://academy.dermysk.com/

With this training program, students can complete their entire course in as little as 8 weeks, while completing most of their education online, from anywhere with an internet connection. The full course includes 7 online learning modules and one week of practical hands-on training at the nearest Dermysk Academy location.

The course has been broken into two parts to make the class more accessible, allowing students to learn the underlying science and biology of popular MedSpa treatments, at their own pace. Students may take as long as they require to complete the online education components and can schedule the practical training at their convenience.

This training provides everything required for students to begin working in a MedSpa immediately after graduation, as well as a foundation for running a home business. Graduates from the Basic training will be fully certified in up to a dozen of the most popular procedures, including laser hair and tattoo removal, professional acne treatments, and micro-blading.

To ensure that every graduate is fully capable of performing these techniques without supervision, the Dermysk Academy provides a minimum of one week of practical training for each class. All students will gain real-world experience with MedSpa techniques, tools, and clients, before completing their certification.

While the Basic training provides everything required to begin a new MedSpa career, the Dermysk Academy also offers two related courses. The Advanced program picks up where the Basic class leaves off, with training in complex techniques such as Body Sculpting, and individualized business strategies.

There is also a Master-level program that offers standalone training, with no other courses required. This class covers all the content of the Basic and Advanced courses, includes exclusive training not found in the other classes, and provides graduates with a “Master of Medical Aesthetics” certificate after graduation.
